We're independent — not tied to any hearing aid manufacturer. That means you get honest advice about what will actually work for your hearing and your lifestyle, not what earns the biggest margin.
Hearing aid fitting
We start with a thorough hearing assessment to understand your specific loss, then discuss your lifestyle, preferences, and budget to narrow down the options. We fit hearing aids from all major manufacturers — choosing what's right for you, not what we're contracted to sell.
Once fitted, we fine-tune your hearing aids to your audiogram and take the time to make sure you're comfortable using them day to day.
Ongoing aftercare
Getting used to hearing aids takes time. We offer follow-up appointments for adjustments, reprogramming, and troubleshooting — so you're never left to figure it out on your own.
We also service and repair hearing aids from any source, including those originally fitted elsewhere or by the NHS.
Independent means impartial
Many high-street hearing aid providers are tied to specific manufacturers or have sales targets. As an independent audiologist, our only interest is your hearing. We'll always tell you honestly if hearing aids will help, if they won't, and what the most cost-effective option is for your situation.
